Fit and Trim is a balanced, no-impact “work-out” that provides cardiovascular, immune, muscle, joint, skin, and weight loss benefits as a part of a healthy eating and exercise lifestyle and as a stand alone therapy for those unable to perform traditional exercises.
Step 1 - Whole Body Vibration (WBV)

This step begins the process of warming the body and stimulating the circulation in order to enhance the Far Infrared Sauna treatment that follows. Slow exercises and stretches are performed while standing on the board. (5-15 min)
Step 2 - Far Infrared Deep Heating Therapy
Far infrared heat therapy is a calming, relaxing deep and soothing warmth that benefits your body by virtue of its heat and the sweat it induces. While listening to your favorite music, reading a book, or visiting with a friend your body will be hard at work, getting the benefits of a 3 mile jog!! Your body will burn 300-600 calories, increase its core temperature, raise its basal metabolic rate, boost its immune system, and work its cardiovascular system. Step 3 - Passive Aerobic Swing Exercise
This is a form of passive aerobic exercise. As you lay down and put your ankles in the cradles and allow the machine to swing you back and forth, your body will benefit from:

This is the cool-down phase and will help your transition from the intense cardiovascular workout of the FIR sauna. By providing a passive gentle stimulation to the blood circulation, lymph flow and muscles there is a gentle slow down, relaxation, and cool down. It also augments the deep relaxation and healing that was begun in the muscles by the FIR sauna. (5 - 15 min)

Please Note: It is best if this treatment is not taken on a full stomach and it is best to drink plenty of water before, during, and after each session. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind sweating in and bring a change of clothes if you wish (there are restroom facilities). These treatments are open to men and women, as long as there are no health restrictions and they are able to sweat. This treatment is not, however available to any women who is pregnant, nor suggested for couples who are trying to conceive. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
